Concept Brief
A refined floral signature built around rose syrup and white floral tea (magnolia), balanced with fresh lemon and finished with a delicate rose foam. Designed for elegant events and modern non-alcoholic menus.
Ingredients
- 90 ml White Floral Tea (magnolia, gently infused & chilled)
- 20 ml Rose Syrup (house-made)
- 15 ml Fresh Lemon Juice
- 2 dashes Saline Solution 10%
- 30 ml Rose Foam
Build & Technique
- Add white floral tea, rose syrup, lemon juice and saline to shaker
- Shake briefly with ice (8–10 sec) to preserve delicacy
- Fine strain into chilled wine glass
- Top gently with rose foam
